1. Booking
By making a booking with BK Properties, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Alternative times may be available upon request.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must treat the property respectfully and leave it in a reasonable condition. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur additional charges.
4. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all BK Properties accommodation.
5. Parties & Events
Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
6. Liability
BK Properties is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
